Orders are processed during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM ET). Orders placed outside business hours will be processed the next business day. Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
After your order ships, a tracking link will be sent to the email address associated with your account. You can monitor delivery progress through the carrier's tracking system. If you don't receive a tracking number within 24 hours of shipment, contact support.
punchDev ships all orders with tracking. We recommend choosing a delivery address where someone can receive the package, or requesting a specific delivery time from the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, contact support immediately. Include your order number and tracking information. Packages reported missing after 30 days from delivery date cannot be recovered.
We stand behind our products. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on unopened, unused products in original condition.
To qualify for a return:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using tracked shipping and obtaining proof of delivery. punchDev will not accept returns without prior authorization.
If a product has been opened, used, or shows signs of tampering, it cannot be returned for safety and regulatory reasons. However, if there is a defect or quality issue, contact us immediately for resolution options.

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of return receipt. Your bank may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect the credit. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed.
To check your refund status, contact support with your order number. We can provide updates on received returns and refund processing.

If you ordered in error or changed your mind, you may return unopened products within 30 days for a refund (minus return shipping costs). Contact support to initiate the return.
If you need to change your shipping address, contact support immediately with your order number. We can update the address if the order hasn't been processed yet.
If you need to change the delivery address after shipment, contact the carrier using the tracking link. Some carriers allow address changes within 24 hours of shipment.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping price.
Some supplement ingredients may be restricted or prohibited in certain countries. We are not responsible for packages denied by customs. Contact support for clarification before ordering internationally.
